Pork schnitzel with simple refreshing salad

With the pork schnitzel, it's also very good to make schnitzel sandwich but today I made pork schnitzel with very simple yet refreshing salad.

The stock schnitzel mix was just as good. It was not too salty not too herbal but had quite pleasant balance on seasoning.
Also the simple salad added so much refreshment to the dish and it was perfect lunch for a sunny day :)

=== Ingredients ===

Thinly sliced pork - 400g
Schnitzel mix - 80g(stock product)
Eggs - I used 4 but 2 should be enough
Plain flour - 1 cup

(Salad)
Salad mix - your preference
Vinegar - 1 tsp
Salt & Pepper - a pinch each

=== Instructions ===

1. Remove some moisture from the pork e.g. by using kitchen paper
2. Thinly coat the pork slices with plain four and dip in the beaten eggs
3. Coat the pork with the schnitzel mix by pressing all around firmly
4. Put generous amount of oil to a pan and check the temperature by dropping a bit of the schnitzel mix (it's ready if it bubbles up around)
5. Fry the pork until getting golden brown skin by flipping a few times
6. Add you favorite schnitzel sauce to the dish
7. Add salad and preferred veggies to a side of dish
8. Add vinegar, salt and pepper to your taste
