With the pork schnitzel, it's also very good to make schnitzel sandwich but today I made pork schnitzel with very simple yet refreshing salad. The stock schnitzel mix was just as good. It was not too salty not too herbal but had quite pleasant balance on seasoning. Also the simple salad added so much refreshment to the dish and it was perfect lunch for a sunny day :) === Ingredients === Thinly sliced pork - 400g Schnitzel mix - 80g(stock product) Eggs - I used 4 but 2 should be enough Plain flour - 1 cup (Salad) Salad mix - your preference Vinegar - 1 tsp Salt & Pepper - a pinch each === Instructions === 1. I recently saw a ramyun(ramen) recipe from "One meal a day" channel that looked so delicious and I tried the recipe. It is simple and delicious instant noodle recipe. === Ingredients === Garlic - 2 cloves Green onion - 1ea Chili powder - 1/2 tbps === Direction === 1. Korean meatballs, Wanja jeon, is traditionally for special day food like birthday, wedding or other celebrations. I made Korean meatballs this week because it was Korean Chuseok this Friday. It looks a bit complicated dish but it's much rewarding dish too. Hope you try to make Korean meatballs after reading this blog. Tuna Kimchi stew or Cham-chi Kimchi Jjigae in Korean is one of the most popular versions of plain Kimchi Jjigae. The other popular version is Pork Kimchi Jjigae. Tuna Kimchi stew is less oily than the pork version so depending on what you feel like you can choose between the tuna or pork Kimchi Jjigae. I was invited for a lunch BBQ (Korean style) at my friend's place so I made a super simple chive salad (Bu-chu muchim) that goes really well with any meat especially with Korean style BBQ. It's such a simple side dish and will take under 10mins including ingredients prep. Quick and easy Korean radish salad (Mu Seng-che)

Korean radish salad is another popular side dish that people opt for when there's no proper fermented Kimchi. Mu means radish and Seng-che /seng tʃe / is a word usually used for vegetable dishes that's mixed with various spices without cooking or fermenting. Like Kimchi, this radish salad (Mu seng-che) is very popular side dish but so easy and quickly cookable version of Kimchi. It also goes very well with any meat dishes. Stir fried Sausage & Vegetable, Sso-ya is not just popular side dish but it's also very popular finger food when you have beer. In Korea, we usually use sausage called Vienna but I used Kransky instead because any processed pork meat cannot be imported to Australia at the moment. Ingredients Sausages - 300g Green Capcicum - 1/2ea Yellow capcicum - 1/2ea Onion - 1/2ea Carrot - 1ea (for sauce) Chilly paste - 2 table spoon (tbsp) Ketchup - 4 tbsp Sugar - 1 tbsp Water - 2~3 tbsp Direction Mix all the sauce ingredients well Chop all the main ingredients to similar bite sizes  With minimum oil, put all chopped ingredients and stir fry (be careful of veggies not to be overcooked) One it looks good, pour all the sauce prepared and stir fry another minute so that all sauces coated over ingredients well and become thick enough
